【Abstract】 In various fields it is to make monitoring system more economic and reliable and making maintenance by utilizing general marine radar substituting for specialized radar in the coast. This paper puts forward a solution for shore-based monitoring system with marine radar.Also discusses information processing functions of the system and a data fusion method for radar and AIS targets given,which has got the application in the security monitoring system for a Yangtze river bridge and increased efficiency of fund utilization.更多还原
