La掺杂对AgSnO2电接触合金阴极侵蚀区成分的影响
Effect of La Doping on Arc Erosion Products of Nanocomposite AgSnO2 Contact Alloys
【摘要】 利用化学共沉淀、高能球磨技术及常压烧结等方法制备掺杂La元素的纳米复合AgSnO2电接触合金,对合金进行了模拟电弧侵蚀试验,通过冷场发射扫描电镜及其附带的X射线能谱仪分别对合金电弧侵蚀前后形貌和阴极侵蚀区的成分进行了观察和分析。结果发现,与无掺杂的纳米复合AgSnO2合金相比,La元素的加入,明显抑制了电弧侵蚀过程中Ag与SnO2富集区的产生。同时随掺杂元素含量的增加,银液的飞溅现象明显减少,电弧侵蚀从液态喷溅转变为以蒸发沉积为主,具有较好的耐电弧侵蚀特性。
【Abstract】 The La-doped nanocomposite AgSnO2 contact alloys are prepared by chemical coprecipitation,high-energy ball milling and general sintering technique.The effects of La doping on properties including the mechanic property,microstructures,and arc erosion products of electrical contact alloys are investigated respectively.Results show that the enrichment zone of Ag and SnO2 are significantly prevented when La is added.Furthermore,the splash of Ag is slight,and arc erosion characteristic of AgSnO2 transforms ’spray’ into ’evaporation’ with increasing doping concentration.
