中西医结合法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2006年1月～2009年12月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者126例随机分为观察组(中西医结合治疗组)和对照组(西药治疗组)各64例,治疗周期为4周,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈36例,有效25例,总有效率为95.3%;对照组痊愈24例,有效23例,总有效率为73.4%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合方法治疗慢性盆腔炎效果理想,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the Integrated Traditional and Western methods of clinical effects of in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods The hospital in January 2006 ～ December 2009 admitted 126 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups (in the combination therapy group) and control group (WM) of the 64 cases,the treatment cycle is 4 weeks of and the effect of treatment were compared. Results 36 cases were cured,effective in 25 cases,total effective rate was 95.3%; control group cured 24 cases,effective in 23 cases,total effective rate was 73.4%. there is significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Combination treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease results are satisfactory method,is worthy of clinical use.更多还原
