中医辨证施治冠心病的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察中医药治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2007年1月～2009年12月收治的冠心病患者86例随机分为观察组(中医药治疗组)和对照组(常规西药治疗组)各43例,治疗周期均为8周,比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈17例,显效14例,有效8例,总有效率为90.7%;对照组痊愈7例,显效12例,有效11例,总有效率为69.8%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论中医药辨证施治冠心病效果理想,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the medical treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods In our hospital from January 2007-December 2009 86 cases of coronary heart disease patients were treated randomly divided into two groups (TCM treatment group) and control group (conventional western medicine group) of the 43 cases, treatment cycles were 8 weeks of treatment were compared. Results 17 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective in 8 cases, total effective rate was 90.7%; control group, 7 cases recovered, 12 cases markedly effective in 11 cases, total effective rate was 69.8%. Significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and coronary heart disease an ideal worthy of clinical use.更多还原
