铝-镁-锂合金高温瞬态力学性能
Tensile Properties of Al-Mg-Li Alloy by Fast Heating
【摘要】 采用红外辐射热冲击加热的瞬态气动加热系统对Al-Mg-Li合金进行快速加热,研究快速加热对Al-Mg-Li合金高温力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明:采用该加热系统40 s可以达到温度场均匀,在150℃时Al-Mg-Li合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为300 MPa、380 MPa,是室温强度的80%以上,具有良好的高温性能;Al-Mg-Li合金良好的高温强度不仅与δ′粒子重新回复有序结构有关,而且与高温下δ′粒子长大提高合金的时效强化有关。
【Abstract】 The tensile properties of Al-Mg-Li alloy have been studied when it is fast heated by an infrared equipment.The results show that the alloy reaches the temperature that is required for the experiment after 40 seconds heating,and the tensile strength and yield strength at 150 ℃ is 380 MPa and 300 MPa,respectively,which attain 80% that of room temperature,the alloy exhibits good high temperature strength when temperature is up to 150 ℃.The high temperature strength of Al-Mg-Li alloy relate to restoration of order in the phase and growth of phase size in high temperature.
