【Abstract】 The paper starts with the concepts and classification of energy conservation potential,and overviews calculation methods of energy conservation potential at home and abroad.Based on a more comprehensive energy database,overseas research on regional energy conservation potential,mainly uses two models:top-down energy economy models and bottom-up energy technology models.Domestic research metheds in energy conservation potential calculation were relatively simple,due to lack of relevant data,especially the provincial energy database.更多还原
