【摘要】 市政基础设施是城市和区域赖以生存发展的基础,随着城市化进程的加快,其建设速度和用地规模都不断增长。然而,长期以来,市政基础设施的粗放式建设模式却造就了大量的土地资源浪费,由于缺乏统筹规划和集约建设的意识,市政基础设施重复建设现象比比皆是,造成建设资金的浪费与城市景观、生态环境的破坏。从集约用地角度出发,分析了当前市政基础设施规划中存在的问题,提出市政基础设施整合规划的概念,并积极探索整合的范围、内容、方式以及相关机制。更多还原
