【Abstract】 With the development of metropolitan area and the adjustment of administrative division,urban-rural linkage area has become the core space of urban development,and most of conflicts are centered on the land collation and transferring.Based on the case study of Guangzhou Panyu District,this article analyzes the land use condition and land transfer models and sums up the current contradictions and the causes of problems.It explores the causes from institution,governance and operation,and proposes countermeasures.更多还原
