国内TaC-C/C复合材料制备及其抗氧化性能研究新进展

【摘要】 重点总结了国内近几年TaC-C/C复合材料的制备工艺以及取得的成果,阐述了TaC-C/C复合材料抗氧化性能研究新进展,指出目前的研究成果尚不能满足高温领域内的应用要求。下一阶段TaC-C/C复合材料制备技术发展方向集中于将含TaC复合涂层技术与TaC基体改性技术相结合,制备高延性的过渡层,以解决复合涂层之间、涂层与基体之间的化学匹配性和机械相容性问题,同时加大对TaC-C/C复合材料超过1800℃高温时的氧化性能与氧化机理的系统研究。

【Abstract】 The recent preparation technologies and achievements of TaC-C/C composites in China are introduced. And the present advancement of the anti-oxidation property of TaC-C/C composites in civil is reviewed.It is showed that the present research results can not meet the requirements in high-temperature applications yet.The further researches will be focused on combination TaC composite coating with TaC-modified matrix technology to prepare the high-ductility transition layer to solve the compatible problem of chemical and mechanical between coating and between matrix and composite coatings.The system research of high-temperature(>1800℃) oxidation property and oxidation mechanism of TaC-C/C composites should be enhanced also.
