泡沫镍拉伸蠕变实验研究
Experimental Study on Tension Creep of Nickel Foam
【摘要】 在常温下对开孔泡沫镍进行了拉伸蠕变实验,研究了应力与蠕变的关系,探讨了描述泡沫镍蠕变所适用的模型。结果表明,开孔泡沫镍的相对密度不变时,蠕变和蠕变率均随应力的增大而增大。Gibson和Ashby所提出的多孔材料结构模型能够很好地描述常温拉伸蠕变实验结果。
【Abstract】 At room temperature,the open cell nickel foam is used to conduct a tension creep experiment,the relationship between stress and creep is studied,and a proper model suitable for the nickel foam creep is discussed. The result shows that when the relative density of open cell nickel foam is kept constant,both the creep and the rate of creep increase as the stress increases.The result of tension creep experiment at room temperature is well described by Gibson and Ashby’s cellular structural model.
