O2结构LixMn0.7Co0.3O2正极材料的可控制备及其电化学性能研究
Controllable Synthesis and Electrochemical Characteristics of O2-LixMn0.7Co0.3O2 Cathode Materials
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过控制Na/(Mn+Co)投料比,合成了层状P2结构的NaxMn0.7Co0.3O2;以NaxMn0.7Co0.3O2为前驱体,经离子交换反应得到层状O2结构LixMn0.7Co0.3O2,锂含量x达到0.9。电化学性能测试表明,随着锂含量的增加,可逆比容量逐渐增大,首次充电不可逆容量也明显增大,其中以Li0.9Mn0.7Co0.3O2的可逆比容量及首次不可逆比容量最高,且保持了良好的电化学循环稳定性。
【Abstract】 Layered sodium manganese bronzes NaxMn0.7Co0.3O2 with the P2 structure are synthesized by the citric acid sol-gel method through controlling the atomic ratio Na/(Mn+Co). Bronzes NaxMn0.7Co0.3O2 precursors are used to prepare layered O2-LixMn0.7Co0.3O2 by molten salt ion exchange method,with a maximum Li content reachs 0.9. Electrochemical performance test shows that the reversible specific capacity of the layered LixMn0.7Co0.3O2 increases with Li content increasing,so does the irreversible capacity during the first charge and discharge,and shows a maximum with a composition of Li0.9Mn0.7Co0.3O2. Li0.9Mn0.7Co0.3O2 also maintains a good electrochemical cycle stability.
