黑藻对铜离子和镍离子的生物吸附性能

【摘要】 为了经济实用地对废水进行处理,将来源广泛的黑藻制成粉末加入到含铜、镍离子的废水中,研究了其对废水中铜、镍离子的吸附作用,考察了溶液pH值、金属离子初始浓度、吸附剂用量、吸附时间和干扰离子等因素对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:黑藻吸附2种重金属离子的速度快,30min即达到吸附平衡,适宜的pH值为5.0~6.0,干扰离子对Ni2+的影响大于对Cu2+的影响;黑藻对2种重金属的吸附均符合Langmiur,Freundlich和Dubinin-Radushkevich(D-R)模型,对2种金属离子的吸附能力顺序是:Cu2+>Ni2+。

【Abstract】 The adsorption be-havior of Hydrilla Verticillata for Cu2+ and Ni2+ in wastewater wasstudied. The effects of pH value of the wastewater, initial con-centration of metal ions, dosage of the biosorbent, contact timeand interference ions on the adsorption behavior were studied. Itwas found that Hydrilla Verticillata was able to adsorb the twokinds of heavy metal ions, and the adsorption reached balance 30min later. The suitable pH value for adsorption was 5. 0, andmixed-metal ions had a larger effect on the adsorption behavior ofHydrilla Verticillata for Ni2+ than for Cu2+. Moreover, the ad-sorption behavior of Hydrilla Verticillata for Ni2+ and Cu2+ couldbe fitted by using Langmiur, Freundlich and D-R equations. Theorder of adsorption capacity was ranked as Cu2+ > Ni2+.
