北京奥运会对我国体育人才发展的影响

【摘要】 本文从我国社会发展对人才的要求出发,分析了我国体育人才发展的现状及北京奥运会对我国体育人才发展提供的契机,并提出了借势北京奥运会以促进我国体育人才发展的建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the requirements of social development for talents,this article analyzed the current situation of sports talents development and the opportunity of the talents provided by Beijing Olympic Games,and put forward some suggestions on promoting the sports talents development of China with the help of Beijing Olympic Games.
