人类细胞色素CYP1B1基因表达与癌症

【摘要】 细胞色素CYP1B1是细胞色素P450(CYP)氧化酶超家族、CYP1家族的成员,主要在肝外组织中表达。CYP1B1能催化许多内源性(如雌激素)和外源性化合物包括环境前致癌物(如多环芳烃)及药物的代谢。CYP1B1在肿瘤组织中高表达,在正常组织中不表达或低表达。CYP1B1与多种肿瘤发生发展有关。因此,将CYP1B1作为标志物用于癌症的诊断,以CYP1B1为靶标进行癌症预防和治疗具有广阔的前景。了解CYP1B1基因的表达调控机制及其在癌症发生发展中的作用是CYP1B1应用研究的基础。本文综述了CYP1B1基因表达调控机制的研究进展以及CYP1B1基因表达与癌症关系的研究概况。

【Abstract】 Cytochrome CYP1B1 is one of the members of the CYP1family and CYP superfamily,and it is expressed in extrahepatic tissues.CYP1B1 has been known to catalyze the metabolism and transformation of a wide variety of endogenous compounds such as estrogen and foreign compounds including environmental pro-carcinogens such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and drugs.CYP1B1 is over-expressed in many tumor types relative to normal tissues.Plenty of investigations revealed that the expression of CYP1B1 is involved in tumor development and progression in extrahepatic tissues.Therefore,CYP1B1 is a promising biomarker in tumor diagnosis and a target in cancer prevention and therapy.To explore the application of CYP1B1,it is essential to understand the expression mechanism of CYP1B1 gene and the role of CYP1B1 in carcinogenesis.This review introduces the research progresses on CYP1B1 gene expression and the relationship between CYP1B1 gene expression and carcinogenesis.
