【摘要】 目的探讨心理因素与雌激素的关系及其对子宫肌瘤生长速度的影响。方法将72例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,A组36例未给予心理疏导,B组36例给予心理疏导,同时选取同期的40例健康妇女为C组(对照组)。将3组雌激素水平及A、B两组肿瘤生长速度进行检测评估分析。结果C组雌激素水平明显低于A组与B组(P<0.05);心理疏导后,B组雌激素水平明显低于A组(P<0.05);经检查发现,A组子宫肌瘤的生长速度明显快于B组。结论心理疏导与雌激素水平的变化有关,心理疏导对于控制子宫肌瘤的生长有着积极意义。临床上应重视子宫肌瘤患者的心理问题及疏导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between estrogen and psychological factors and its influence on the growth speed of hysteromyoma.Methods 72 examples patient with hysteromyoma were divided into two groups randomly.36 patients in group A were not treated with psychological guidance,while the other 36 in group B were treated with psychological guidance.40 healthy women were selected as the control group(group C).Estrogen level in the three groups and the growth speed of hysteromyoma of patients were detected,evaluated and analyzed.Results Estrogen level of women in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B.After psychological guidance was given,estrogen level of patients in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05),and the growth speed of hysteromyoma in group A was faster than that of group B.Conclusion Psychological guidance was related to estrogen level and had a positive effect on the control of hysteromyoma growth,so great importance should be attached to the psychological problems of patients with hysteromyoma.更多还原
