【摘要】 寻找p504 s免疫组化染色最适合的修复方法,以达到最佳染色效果。收集60例前列腺癌切片,分别对其进行EDTA修复、高压修复、微波修复及胃酶修复,然后进行免疫组化染色,比较何种修复方法修复后免疫组化染色效果最优。经微波修复阳性率(+++)者为80%,而背景(-)者达95%,综合效果明显优于其他三种方法(P<0.05)。由此可见,对p504 s免疫组化染色采用微波修复,可达到最佳染色效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the most appropriate retrieval method of p504s immunohistochemical staining for achieving the optimal staining effect,60 prostate cancer biopsies were collected.Each biopsy was cut into 4 samples and performed EDTA retrieval,high-pressure retrieval,microwave retrieval and pepsin retrieval respectively before immunohistochemical staining.The retrieval effects were compared to determine the optimal retrieval method.The results showed that 80% microwave retrieval samples were positive intensity(+++) while 95% samples were background(-).The combined effect was significantly better than all the other three methods.The optimal effect of p504s immunohistochemical staining can be achieved with microwave retrieval method.更多还原
