果梅品种资源果核性状的分析
Characterization of the fruit cores of fruiting mei (Prunus mume) cultivars
【摘要】 对我国57个果梅品种果核的单核干重、纵横径、核型指数、厚度、核点数量、核点深度及果核表面沟纹有无等7个主要性状进行了分析。结果表明:单核平均干重、平均纵径与横径、核型指数、平均厚度以及果核表面的平均核点数分别为(1.05±0.43)g、(19.66±3.08)mm与(15.12±2.48)mm、1.30、(11.66±1.62)mm、(80±23)个cm2。60%以上品种的果核表面核点较浅,表面无沟纹。本研究首次对梅核7个主要性状进行了分析,为更好地认识和评价我国果梅的种质资源以及进行品种分类提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 We studied main characters of fruiting mei cores,including average dry core wei ght(DCW),longitudinal(LD) and transverse diameter(TD),longitudinal transverse(L/T),thickness(TK),number of core pits(NCP),depth of the pits(DP) and ap pearance of rills on the core surface of 57 cultivars of fruiting mei(Prunus mume Sieb.et.Zucc).The results showed that the average values of these main characters were(1.05±0.43) g(DCW),(19.66±3.08) mm(LD),(15.12±2.48) mm(TD),1.30(L/T),(11.66±1.62) mm(TK),and 80±23/cm2(NCP),respectively.Over 60% of the cultivars had shallow pits and few rills on the core surface.This is the first report of the main characters of cores of quite a number of fruiting mei cultivars,which can serve for further studies of evaluation of fruiting mei germplasm,and the classification of differe nt cultivars.
