【摘要】 《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》颁布实施以来,林区女职工权益得到一定保障。但由于林区条件艰苦、企业改制等原因,女职工竞争压力大,收入低,在就医、就业、子女入学等方面存在诸多困难。各级政府和全社会应共同予以关注,积极采取有效措施,深入做好林区女职工权益保障工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though the women’s rights in forest region have been insured by governments and enterprises since the "Law of the Women’s Right Insurance of the People’s Republic of China" was implemented,the female workers have to conforont harder competences but lower incomes than before because of the hard conditions and the enterprise reforms.They are still withstanding some straitened circumstances on gaining,employment,medical care,children-education,etc.The government and the society must pay great attention to improve the situations through active courses and to maintain the women’s rights properly.更多还原
