【摘要】 [目的]观察骶管注射加三维电脑牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]332例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为三组:结合组、骶管注射组组与三维电脑牵引组,三组分别采用相应的方法治疗,观察三组在治疗1周后的临床疗效。[结果]治疗1周后,三组疗效经过Ridit检验,差异显著(P<0.05)。组间比较,骶管注射组组与三维电脑牵引组相比,无显著差别(P>0.05);结合组与骶管注射组组、三维电脑牵引组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组的ODI指数与其它两组相比,差异显著(均P<0.01),而其它两组的ODI指数无显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]骶管注射与三维电脑牵引均是治疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of sacral canal injection added with three-dimensional computer traction on lumbar disc herniation.[Method] Randomly divide 332 cases into 3 groups:combination group(1),sacral canal injection group(2) and three-dimensional traction group(3),all with corresponding treatment;observe their clinical effects after 1w.[Result] By Ridit check,their difference was marked.Comparison among groups,there’s no obvious difference between groups 2 and 3,so was ODI index;but with much difference of statistical meaning between group 1 and other 2 groups.[Conclusion] Sacral canal injection and three-dimensional computer traction is the effective way to lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
