【摘要】 作者从低碳型城市商务区的内涵特征分析入手,探讨了地下空间开发与城市商务区低碳发展的相互关系,得出了地下空间开发在城市空间布局、交通组织、能源利用、建筑设计四个方面对低碳型商务区发展起支撑作用的结论,并基于此提出了相应的低碳商务区地下空间开发模式。作者最后将研究成果应用到上海虹桥低碳商务区地下空间规划实践中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting with basic connotation and characteristics analysis of low-carbon urban business district,the relationship between underground space exploitation and low-carbon urban business district development is explored,which leads to a conclusion that the underground space exploitaton is a key support to low-carbon urban business district development. Based on this conclusion,an underground space exploitation model of low-carbon cily business district is put forward. At last the authors applied this theory to underground space planning of Shanghai Hongqiao Business district.更多还原
