一种新型地下车库液压升降机的设计

【摘要】 为了能够使车辆垂直平稳进出地下车库,减少上下坡道占地面积,设计了一种新型地下车库液压升降机,通过由3组钢丝绳滑轮传动、2组链轮链条传动构成的钢索提升系统及单个液压缸间接顶起载车板的传动方式,解决了单个液压缸举升大面积平台受力不均的问题,避开了多缸同步举升大面积平台不同步的弊端,实现了升降高度为液压缸行程二倍的效果;所设计的液压系统成本低,功率利用合理。

【Abstract】 In order to make the vehicles vertical steady in and out underground garage,and reduce the occupation land area of up and down the ramp,this paper designs a new hydraulic elevator for underground garage,through the wire lift system which consists of three groups of steel wire transmission and two groups of chain transmission with the transmission of a single hydraulic cylinder which indirectly lifts the car carrying board,the lifting stress uneven problem of the single hydraulic cylinder which lifts the large area platform is solved,the asynchronous disadvantage of multi-cylinder which lifts the large area platform is avoided,the fluctuation height that is double times of hydraulic cylinder stroke is realized.The designed hydraulic system has the advantages of low cost and reasonable power utilization.
