稻曲病菌和白色绿核菌DNA的提取及同源性对比分析

【摘要】 稻曲病是一种世界性水稻真菌病害。其典型症状是在稻穗上形成黄色至墨绿色的稻曲球。用通用引物ITS4、ITS5对FSR和WFSR进行PCR扩增,对其亲缘性进行分析,为接种试验、生产、防治试验中药剂选择提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 False smut of rice is a world wide disease.The classical symptom is to form yellow to deep green false smut of rice on the ear of rice.By using PCR,ITS4 and ITS5 were involved,to amplify FSR and WFSR,and the relativity was analyzed,which can provide a theoretical basis for the pharmacy in experiment,produce and controlling experiments.
