【摘要】 目的检测、分析安徽省甲型H1N1流感早期病例的病毒血凝素(HA)基因的序列特征。方法RT-PCR方法扩增我省早期流感样病例的病毒核酸并对其HA基因序列进行分析比对。结果我省早期甲型H1N1流感病例的病毒HA基因与2009年全球流行的甲型H1N1流感病毒高度同源,与古典型猪流感亲缘性较近,与欧洲和亚洲分离的A/H1N1猪流感和A/H1N1禽流感亲缘关系较远。结论我省早期流行的甲型H1N1流感毒株HA基因可能由古典型猪流感进化而来,与WHO选定的甲型H1N1疫苗候选株同源性较高,对于人季节性流感A/H1N1疫苗可能并不敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the sequence characteristic of hemagglutinin gene(HA) of influenza A/H1N1 virus from cases in the early stage in AnHui Province.Methods Influenza A/H1N1 Virus DNA of cases in an early stage was amplified by RT-PCR,and sequences of HA were then analyzed and compared.Results Sequences of HA of influenza A/H1N1 virus in the early stage in AnHui Province was homologous with sequence of influenza H1N1 virus circulated in 2009 around the world,was more closely related to classical swine influenza virus,and was less related with swine / avian influenza A/H1N1 virus isolated in Europe and Asia.Conclusion The HA gene of influenza A/H1N1 virus early circulated in AnHui Province was believed to develop from classical swine influenza virus,and was very homologous with influenza A/H1N1 vaccine strain candidate which was chosen by WHO,but influenza A/H1N1 vaccine couldn’t protect persons from human seasonal influenza.更多还原
