【摘要】 针对藏北草地资源破坏日益严重以及草地生态信息管理困难等问题,基于.NET技术和ArcGIS Server技术构建B/S多层结构WebGIS系统的思想,设计了集信息发布、地图浏览、地理信息查询、统计制表、专题制图以及其他空间分析等功能于一体的藏北草地资源信息共享平台,为公众、科研人员以及管理部门提供信息共享和决策支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 To prevent the destruction and deterioration of grassland resources as well as to solve problems existing in the management and sharing of grassland ecological information in North Tibet,based on the thought of building a WebGIS system with B/S multi-layer structure by using the technologies of.Net and ArcGIS Server,the research and design of the technological ideology,system architecture and functions structure of the grassland resource information sharing platform were carried out,which integrates the operations sets of news/information release,map browsing,geographic information query,statistical presentation,thematic mapping and other spatial analysis functions.Taking the alpine-cold meadow areas in Northern Tibet for instance,the construction of the Northern Tibet alpine meadow resource information system for the public,researchers,and management departments,serves as an efficient solution to sharing information and building a platform of decision support.更多还原
