坡缕石与氮磷钾配施对红芪干物质积累及多糖含量的影响
Effect of Palygorskite Adding NPK Fertilizer on Plant Dry Matter Accumulation and Polysaccharide Content of Radix Hedysari
【摘要】 [目的]研究坡缕石配施氮磷钾肥对红芪植株干物质积累、产量和红芪多糖含量的影响,为红芪药材的合理施肥提供科学依据。[方法]在各生育期内进行采样,测定红芪植株的干物质积累量,收获后计算产量;采用苯酚-硫酸法测定红芪多糖的含量,计算多糖产量。[结果]坡缕石配施氮磷钾能够增加干物质积累量,提高后期(9月下旬和10月末)植株地下部分红芪多糖含量,或延缓多糖含量的降低,提高红芪药材的质量;显著增加红芪产量和多糖产量,高用量坡缕石(2250kg/hm2)和氮磷钾肥配施增产效果显著,增产731.32kg/hm2。坡缕石单施也能够增加干物质积累量,提高红芪各部分的多糖含量,延缓地下部分多糖含量的降低,增加红芪的产量和多糖的产量,高用量坡缕石(2250kg/hm2)单施效果显著,增产368.34kg/hm2。[结论]坡缕石与氮磷钾配施能够提高红芪药材的产量和质量,高用量的坡缕石(2250kg/hm2)和氮磷钾肥配施效果显著;坡缕石单施也有延长红芪干物质积累时期和延缓多糖含量降低的作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effect of palygorskite adding NPK fertilizer on plant dry matter accumulation and polysaccharide content of Radix Hedysari,providing a scientific basis for Radix Hedysari rational fertilization. [Method] Plant dry matter accumulation of Radix Hedysari of growth period in each sample was determined; calculate yields after post-harvest; polysaccharide content of Radix Hedysari were determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method and polysaccharide yields were calculated. [Result] Palygorskite and NPK fertilizer can increase dry matter accumulation and improve HPS content of the underground sections the latter period (the latter of Sep. and the end of Oct.) of Radix Hedysari,slow down reduction of polysaccharide content and improve the quality of Radix Hedysari; and can significantly increase yield of Radix Hedysari and polysaccharide,high-volume palygorskite (2 250 kg/hm2) and NPK fertilizers can significantly increase yield of Radix Hedysari and polysaccharide,increase to 731.32 kg/hm2. Palygorskite single application can increase the amount of dry matter accumulation and improve polysaccharide content of various parts of Radix Hedysari,slow down reduction of polysaccharide content of underground parts and increase yield of Radix Hedysari and polysaccharide,the effect of high-volume palygorskite (2 250 kg/hm2) single application were obvious,increase to 368.34 kg/hm2. [Conclusion] Palygorskite and NPK fertilizer can increase the use of NPK fertilizer and significantly increase yield and quality of Radix Hedysari,the effect of high-dosage palygorskite (2 250 kg/hm2) and NPK fertilizers were obvious. Palygorskite single application had the effects of extending period of dry matter accumulation and delaying the polysaccharide content decrease.
