【摘要】 目的筛选"醒脑开窍"针刺法的主穴之一"水沟"穴治疗脑梗死的最佳针刺参数(频率、时间)。方法将132只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型未干预组及模型干预组。模型干预组大鼠根据针刺时间(5s、60s、180s)及针刺频率(1次/s、2次/s、3次/s)组合形成的不同参数随机分为9组。模型组均复制左侧大脑中动脉缺血模型,分别用9种参数针刺模型干预组的"水沟"穴,针刺治疗时间为栓线阻塞大脑中动脉后3h及之后每间隔12h的共计6个时间点。于末次治疗后,进行大鼠神经行为学评分、软脑膜血流量检测、软脑膜微循环测定、脑缺血面积测量和脑组织光镜观察,所得数据进行灰色加权关联度分析,以期筛选"水沟"穴治疗脑梗死的最佳针刺参数。结果各参数的灰色加权关联度排序为:参数6>参数1>参数2>参数9>参数7>参数4>参数3>参数8>参数5。参数6(针刺频率:3次/s;针刺时间:5s)可明显增加脑血流量、扩张微血管管径、缩小梗死面积并减少阳性细胞数及噬神经现象。结论以手操作针刺"水沟"穴治疗脑梗死的最佳参数为:针刺频率:3次/s;针刺时间:5s。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the optimized parameter (frequency and time) of the main acupoint Shuigou (GV 26) in Acupuncture for Restoring Consciousness and Inducing Resuscitation for the brain infarction treatment. Methods The 132 SD rats were randomized into sham operation group, model untreated group and model treated group. The model treated group was subdivided into 9 groups according to the needling time (5, 60 and 180 seconds) and frequency (1, 2, and 3 times per second). The ischemia models of middle cerebral artery (MCA) on left side in the model groups were made. The model treated group was given acupuncture at Shuigou (GV 26) with 9 kinds of parameters 3 hours after the MCA occlusion and every 12 hours there-after, totally 6 time points. Then, the evaluation on neuroethology, the calculation on volume of blood flow and microcirculation of pia mater, measuring the ischemia area and observation on brain tissues with light microscope were performed. The acquired data based on the grey weight relation was analyzed to find out the optimized parameters of Shuigou (GV 26) for the treatment of brain infarction. Results The grey relation degrade of parameters was listed as: parameter 6>parameter 1>parameter 2>parameter 9>parameter 7>parameter 4>parameter 3>parameter 8>parameter 5. The parameter 6 (Frequency: 3 times/s, Time: 5 seconds) could increase the volume of blood flow, enlarge the diameter of vessel, decrease the ischemia area, and reduce the number of positive cells and neurophages. Conclusion The optimized parameter of Shuigou (GV 26) for the treatment of brain infarction is 3 times/s and 5 seconds.更多还原
