面粉试样表面麸屑计算机识别研究

【摘要】 麸屑含量是面粉质量标准的主要指标之一.为了实现麸屑含量的自动检测,探讨了基于灰度直方图求得灰度阈值的算法和自适应边界跟踪算法,在面粉试样表面麸屑的计算机识别方面取得了良好的进展.

【Abstract】 The content of bran is an important target in the quality standard of flour.This article entered the algorithm based on histogram for ensure the gray threshold.Automatically detection for the content of bran with self-adapting boundary track algorithm was realized.
