小桐籽加工过程中毒性分析及探讨

【摘要】 对小桐籽中的毒性成分进行了分析,探讨了加工储运中毒性成分变化和对周围环境的影响以及在各加工阶段所应采取的措施。小桐籽中有3种毒性物质,即毒蛋白、植物凝集素和佛波醇酯。在加工储运过程中,应密闭储存并加强管理,以防误食中毒。佛波醇酯主要存在于小桐籽油中,可进一步加工为生物柴油,小桐籽加工制油的副产物小桐籽粕,通过在加工制油过程中的湿热处理以及粕的醇提,达到作为饲用原料的目的。

【Abstract】 The toxic components in the seed of Jatropha curcas L.were analyzed.The change and impact on the surrounding environment of the toxic components during the storage,transportation and processing were described,as well as the countermeasures.The seed of Jatropha curcas L.contained 3 toxic components,such as curcin,plant agglutinin and phorbol ester.In the storage,transportation and processing,the airtight storage and strengthening management should be taken so as to prevent food poisoning accident due to eating the seed of Jatropha curcas L..In the processing of the seed of Jatropha curcas L.,the phorbol ester mainly existed in the Jatropha curcas L.seed oil,which could be processed to biodiesel;the meal produced could be used as raw materials of feed by heat-moisture treatment and ethanol-extraction.
