正交设计优化淫羊藿总黄酮最佳提取条件

【摘要】 目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮最佳提取条件。方法:采用正交设计试验研究不同浓度的乙醇,溶剂体积和提取时间对淫羊藿总黄酮回流提取的影响;采用紫外分光光度法和HPLC法测定提取物中总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量。结果:淫羊藿总黄酮最佳提取条件是采用90%乙醇,20倍量提取溶剂,提取时间为1h。结论:采用以上提取条件,所得提取物中总黄酮和淫羊藿苷含量最高。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize and establish the extraction of total flavones in Herba Epimedii.Method:The orthogonal design was used to test the reflux extraction effect of ethanol concentration,solvent volume and time of extraction on extracts yield,the content of total flavones and icariin was determined by UV and HPLC methods.Result:The optimal extraction condition of the total flavones in Herba Epimedii was extracting with 20 times volume of sample weight with 90%alcohol for 1h.Conclusion:The highest content of total flavones from Herba Epimedii can be obtained using above optimal condition.
