【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定疣洗剂中苦参碱含量。方法:采用Diamonsil（r）C₁₈色谱柱（150 mm×4.6mm, 5μm）,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液（含1.5%十二烷基硫酸钠）（30:10:60）,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为210nm。结果:苦参碱在0.43～6.44μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.1%（n=6）。结论:方法简便,快速,重复性好,可用于祛疣洗剂中苦参碱的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of matrine in Quyou lotion.Method:A Diamonsil^? C₁₈ column（150mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol -0.05%phosphoric acid（contain 1.5%lauryl sodium sulfate）（30:10:60）,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 210nm.Result:The calibration curves of matrine was good linear in the range of 0.43-6.44μg,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 99.2%with RSD 1.1% （n=6）.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and repeatablility,it can be used for determination of matrine in Quyou lotion.更多还原
