【摘要】 目的评价针灸与口服盐酸奥昔布宁缓释片对治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后运动急迫性尿失禁的有效性和安全性。方法40例经尿道前列腺电切术后出现运动急迫性尿失禁病人,随机分为实验组(钟灸组)和对照组(服药组),每组20例,年龄、病程对比无明显差异(P>0.05),分别采用针灸和口服盐酸奥昔布宁缓释片治疗。收集治疗前后各例病人3d总排尿次数、平均每天排尿次数,平均每次尿量及3d尿失禁总次数、平均每天尿失禁次数并进行评估。结果各组治疗前后疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组与对照组之间的有效性指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组总不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后运动急迫性尿失禁上,针灸与盐酸奥昔布宁缓释片有同等疗效,但不良反应发生率更低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and Oxybutynin hydrochloride sustained release tablets in treatment of patients with motor urge urinary incontinence(MUUI).Methods Forty-patients with MUUI after transurethral resection of the prostate were divided into two grouds randomly, 20 patients in each group. There were no significant difference in age and course of disease(P>0.05).The testing group were treated by acupuncture and oxybutynin hydrochloride sustained release tablets.The data of each patients we collected and analysed before and after the treatment which included micturition frequency in 3 days,the average daily frequency of micturition,the average volume and the total incontinence frequency in 3 days. Results Each grouds’data had significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).There wasn’t significantly different between the testing group and the control group in the case of efficacy.But there was significantly differen between the two group in adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion There are the same efficacy in the two treatment methods,but acupuncture has a lower adverse reactions rate.更多还原
