【摘要】 随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,如何提高学生的培养质量是一个长期性的课题。现代藏医药教育虽然起步较晚,但西藏藏医学院要充分发挥民族医药的优势和特点,并根据现代教育教学规律和社会发展情况,走一条具有藏医药特色的人才培养之路。西藏藏医学院在近20年的办学实践中,从修订专业培养方案、强化教学质量监控、加强实践教学体系建设、推进教学改革、搭建教学平台等方面对教学工作进行科学管理和建设,不断提高藏医药人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 More and more students are able to be admitted to colleges and universities now.To raise the quality of students is an everlasting task.Although Tibetan medical education gets off to a late start,the Tibetan Medical College will bring its advantages and characteristics into full play and develop its own special route in training Tibetan practitioners in line with the modern medical education laws and social development.In the past 20 years the Tibetan Medical College has made efforts to revise training plans,strengthen quality control,clinical study,teaching reform and management so as to raise the training quality.更多还原
