【摘要】 目的:比较锁骨骨折切开复位传统克氏针内固定与改良克氏针内固定治疗的疗效差异。方法:治疗组36例行切开复位改良克氏针内固定,对照组30例行切开复位传统克氏针内固定,两组均配合服用桃红血通胶囊。结果:经5~12个月(平均7个月)随访,治疗组治愈32例,好转4例,未愈0例;对照组治愈23例,好转6例,未愈1例。两组间疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组愈合时间、恢复正常活动时间松动发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:改良克氏针治疗锁骨骨折优于传统克氏针。更多还原

【Abstract】 To contrast the difference of therapeutic effect in open reduction and internal fixation for treatment on clavicular fracture between traditional Kirschner wire and modified Kirschner wire.Method: 36 cases were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with modified Kirschner wire as the study group while 30 cases were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with traditional Kirschner wire as the control group.Both groups took Promoting Blood Circulation Capsule with Safflower and Peach Pit additionally.Result: After 5～12 months(average 7 months) follow-up,32 cases cured,4 cases improved and 0 uncovered in the study group while 23 cases cured,6 cases improved and 1 uncovered in the study group.There was not significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the healing time,the time to normal activity and loosening rate of the study group is superior to that of the control group obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion: Modified Kirschner wire is superior to traditional Kirschner wire for the treatment of clavicular fracture.更多还原
