熔滴对TB6钛合金高周疲劳性能影响
Effect of Droplet on High Cycle Fatigue Property of TB6 Titanium Alloy
【摘要】 利用典型应力对比试验,研究了烧伤熔滴对TB6钛合金旋转弯曲疲劳和轴向拉-拉疲劳的影响,并分析了烧伤熔滴的形貌和疲劳试样的断口特征。结果表明:熔滴处易形成富氧和富氮层脆性相,在应力作用下极易开裂成为疲劳源;另外,熔滴会导致基体组织发生变化,对基体一般产生第二类烧伤,破环试样表面的完整性,从而加速疲劳试样破坏,也会成为断裂源,显著降低其高周疲劳性能,对TB6钛合金高周疲劳有严重影响。
【Abstract】 Effect of burning droplet on high cycle fatigue of TB6 titanium alloy was studied.Moreover,patterns of burning droplets and fracture characteristic of the fatigue samples were analyzed.The results showed that burning droplets could form oxygen-enriched and nitrogen-enriched layers,which were harmful to the alloy.Besides,burning droplets could cause matrix change to accelerate fatigue samples to break so as to reduce the high cycle fatigue property of TB6 titanium alloy greatly.
