【摘要】 本文运用成本收益分析工具,通过对企业与政府混合策略和政府监管力度的分析,指出推进企业社会责任,不能没有政府的监管,但也不能迷信政府严管惩罚的力量。政府对企业社会责任的监管应是"适度"的,"过"与"不及"都不能达到监管效益的最大化。政府应树立成本——收益分析的监管理念,不断提高自身能力,适时调整监管方式的资源配置,以实现企业社会责任政府监管的最优边界目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis analyzes the mixed strategy of corporate and government and the government supervision effectiveness by means of the game theory and cost-benefit analysis.It is found that government supervision over corporate social responsibility should be proper,too strict or too loose will not achieve the goal of maximization of utility of government supervision,and even leads to disutility.All in all,our government should set up the view of the cost-revenue analysis,improve its own ability continually and adjust resource allocation of supervising method so as to achieve the goal of optimum boundary for government supervision.更多还原
