【摘要】 目的介绍该院呋喃西林炉甘石洗剂的处方、制备及质量控制。方法参照参考文献配制剂,用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液测定含锌量,紫外-可见分光光度法分别测定呋喃西林、苯酚含量。结果配制的成品外观稳定,含量测定苯酚平均回收率为100.60%。RSD为1.50%,呋喃西林、苯酚在紫外-可见光区互无干扰。结论所制定的质量控制方法可行,操作简便可靠,快速准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To introduce the prescription, reparation and control the quality of Furacillin Calamine lotion.【Methods】Reparation refect to consult, assay for zinc use of disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, assay for phenol and furacillin assume UV/Visible spectrophotometry.【Results】This product proved to be stable in show, the determination of concentration of phenol present its average recovery was 100.60% , while the RSD is 1.50% . 【Conclusion】The method for quality control is viable.
