【摘要】 目的前列腺癌进展和转移的有无对前列腺癌患者术前诊断、治疗方案选择及预后有重要意义。方法在前期实验研究中,通过蛋白组学方法研究了局限性和转移性前列腺癌中差异蛋白的表达情况,发现Ezrin在转移性前列腺癌中表达显著增高。结果该实验用临床样本验证Ezrin在前列腺癌中的表达情况。结论Ezrin表达与PSA水平和前列腺癌进展转移有相互关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the role of ezrin expression in prostate cancer (Pca) progression and metastasis. 【Methods】 The expression of ezrin protein was detected in 82 prostate cancer specimens by immunohistochemical methods. And relationship of ezrin expression and Gleason score, tumor stage, and PSA level were analyzed. 【Results】 The results showed that ezrin expression was significantly up-regulated in metastatic Pca (P <0.01) than localized Pca. Ezrin expression was correlated to the tumor stage and Gleason score and PSA level. 【Conclusion】 The ezrin expression is a useful predictor of Pca progression and metastasis.更多还原
