【摘要】 目的观察凝血因子II(CFVII)R353Q基因多态性在华南汉族人群中的分布及其与心肌梗死MI患者的关系。方法提取华南汉族78例心肌梗死患者和60名正常对照者人基因组DNA,应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)技术和限制性内切酶片段长度多态性技术检测上述人群的CFVII R353Q基因型,分析正常人群及心肌梗死者基因型频率的不同。结果华南汉族人群凝血因子CFVII基因R353Q多态具3种基因型(RR,RQ,QQ),CFVII等位基因R、Q基因频率在心肌梗死组和对照组分别为97.4%、2.6%和90.9%、9.1%。基因型频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。R353Q等位基因频率在心肌梗死组和对照组之间比较差异有显著性。MI患者R等位基因携带频率明显高于对照组。结论CFVII R353Q中Q等位基因对华南汉族心肌梗死的发生有一定的保护作用。凝血因子CFVII基因R353Q多态的遗传性差异在华南汉族MI发病中可能具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the distribution of coagulation factor VII gene polymorphisms in nationality Han and the association of the polymorphisms with myocardial infarction in South China.【Methods】Genotypes of FVII were typed in 78 myocardial infarction patients and 60 controls by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism.【Results】CFVII allelic frequencies of R,Q were 97.4%,2.6% and 90.9%,9.1% in myocardial infarction group and control group respectively.Genotype distribution was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.There was statistically significant difference in frequencies of allele in R353Q polymorphisms between myocardial infarction group and control group.【Conclusion】The R353Q polymorphisms of the FVII gene have a relationship with myocardial infarction patients of Han nationality in south China.更多还原
