小果香椿的化学成分研究
Studies on chemical constituents from Toona microcarpa
【摘要】 目的研究小果香椿树皮的化学成分。方法采用乙醇提取,提取物经萃取后以硅胶或凝胶等色谱法进行分离纯化,采用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从小果香椿乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到9个化合物,其结构鉴定为:piscidinolA(1),rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin(2),trans-白藜芦醇(3),东莨菪内酯(4),槲皮素(5),(+)-儿茶素(6),10-廿九醇(7),β-谷甾醇(8)和胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the bark of Toona microcarpa.Methods The plant material was extracted with ethanol and the extract were separated by silica gel and sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods.Results Nine compounds were obtained and were established as piscidinol A(1),rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin(2),trans-resveratrol(3),scopoletin(4),quercetin(5),(+)-catechin(6),10-nonacosanol(7),β-sitosterol(8)and daucosterine(9).Conclusion Compounds 1~9 are isolated from T.microcarpa for the first time.
