【摘要】 目的:利用kessler10量表了解威海市农村居民心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法取样本,利用自制调查问卷和凯斯勒量表(Kesslerl0,K10)对其心理健康状况进行访谈式调查,采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:(1)共调查威海市15岁及以上农村居民9841人,其K10分值总体分布为13.23±5.55,21.6%的农村居民心理健康状况相对较差(Kessler 10量表评分在16~50分);(2)分析结果显示,女性、高年龄组、调查前两周内患病、调查前半年内患有慢性病、性格类型为内向、对人生感到消极、生活压力大、遭遇挫折或意外不幸、过去一年有自杀念头等因素是农村居民K10高分的危险因素。结论:农村居民的心理健康状况主要受性别、年龄、躯体健康状况、心理自评状况等因素的影响,超过1/5的农村居民心理健康状况高于临界值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the mental health status of rural residents in Weihai and its influencing factors based on scale of Kessler 10.Methods The sample was randomly chosen by stratified cluster-based random sampling method and was interviewed with both self-made questionnaire and Kessler 10 rating scale.The data were statistically analyzed with software of SPSS16.0.Results 9841 cases of rural residents over 15 were studied,the score distribution in total was 13.23±5.55.About 21.6% of them have relative poor status.The risk factors of rural residents were female,old age,being ill within 2 weeks,suffering from chronic diseases within six months,introvert,negative attitude towards life,high pressure of life,being encountered with setbacks or accident,having suicidal thoughts over the past year,and so on.Conclusion The main influencing factors of rural residents’ mental health status were gender,age,physical health and self-reported mental health status.Over 20% of rural residents are in poor mental status.更多还原
