【摘要】 目的:探讨CD4T淋巴细胞、CD8T淋巴细胞及IL-7在丙肝病毒(HCV)单纯感染,艾滋病病毒(HIV)单纯感染和HCV/HIV合并感染过程中的表达及意义。方法:采用流式细胞术,检测HCV感染组,HIV感染组,HCV/HIV感染组及正常对照组人外周血CD4T淋巴细胞、CD8T淋巴细胞计数及IL-7水平。结果:HIV感染组及HCV/HIV合并感染组CD4T细胞计数明显下降(P<0.001),IL-7明显升高;HCV感染组IL-7也明显升高。结论:河南省HCV/HIV合并感染患者外周血CD4 T淋巴细胞下降,IL-7明显升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate expression and significance of IL-7 in HCV mono-infection,HIV mono-infection and HCV/HIV co-infection.Methods:We detected the surface expression of IL-7 and CD4T cells number and CD8T cells number from PBMC isolated from HCV infection,HIV infection,HCV/HIV co-infection and normal control by flow cytometry.Results:The expression of CD45RA on CD4T cells decreased significantly(P<0.01) and IL-7 increased significantly(P<0.01);In HIV infection and HCV/HIV co-infection group(P<0.01).In HCV infection group,the expression of CD45RA on CD4T cells decreased but not significantly,and IL-7 increased significantly.Conclusion:The surface expression of CD45 on CD4T lymphocytes decreases,and IL-7 increases significantly with HCV/HIV co-infection in Henan.更多还原
