佛山市部分公共场所空调冷却循环水军团菌污染状况分析
Analysis of Legionella pollution in cool circulating water of air-conditioning in Foshan public places
【摘要】 目的:了解佛山市部分公共场所集中式空调通风系统军团菌的污染状况及血清型别分布,为军团菌病的预防控制提供依据。方法:采集我市商场(超市)、宾馆及体育场馆共30家公共场所的集中式空调系统循环使用的冷却水和冷凝水共106份,分别进行军团菌的病原学调查。结果:106份水样中有54份检出军团菌,阳性率50.94%(54/106),并分离出62株军团菌,同一份水样同时检出两种不同血清型军团菌的占检出水样的14.81%(8/54),其中以嗜肺军团菌1型(LP1)为主,占58.06%(36/62)。结论:我市部分公共场所集中式空调通风系统军团菌污染较严重,对人群健康构成潜在的危害,应加强公共场所集中式空调通风系统的卫生监测。
【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the centralized air-conditioning ventilation system of Legionella pollution and other serotypes distribution in part of the public places,and provide a basis for the Legionella disease control and prevention.Methods:Collect shopping in our city(supermarkets),hotels and stadiums a total of 30 public places in the centralized air-conditioning Circulating use of the cooling water and condensate a total of 106 copies,respectively investigate Legionella etiology of the samples.Results:54 were found Legionella in the 106 water samples,the positive rate of 50.94%(54/106) and 62 were isolated Legionella,and a water sample at the same time with the detection of two different serotypes account for the detection of Legionella in water samples 14.81%(8/54),with Legionella pneumophila 1(LP1) dominated,accounting for 58.06%(36/62).Conclusion:Centralized air-conditioning ventilation systems Legionella of part public places in the city are serious polluted,and pose the crowd health a potential danger,so the sanitation monitoring should be stepped up in public places centralized air-conditioning ventilation system.
