冬虫夏草菌丝体的安全性毒理学评价

【摘要】 目的:为冬虫夏草菌丝体安全性评价提供毒理学依据。方法:按卫生部GB.15193~94《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》进行急性毒性、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果:冬虫夏草菌丝体对雌、雄小鼠和雌、雄大鼠经口LD50均大于20.0 g/kg体重,属无毒级;3种致突变试验均未见致突变作用;对大鼠30 d喂养试验结果,3个剂量组大鼠各项指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论:冬虫夏草菌丝体属无毒级;未见潜在致突变作用;对大鼠30 d喂养试验,未见明显毒性反应。在本实验条件下,得出冬虫夏草菌丝体对大鼠的未观察到有害作用最大剂量为5.00 g/kg体重。

【Abstract】 Objective:To provide basis for the toxicological assessment of coudyceps sinensis berkely sacc(CSBS).Methods:Acute toxicity test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test,Ames test and thirty days feeding study were conducted according to GB-15193-94.Results:CSBS on the per-oral LD50 in mice and in rats were all >20.0 g/kg body weight(BW).It belonged to non-toxic.CSBS on the bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test and Ames test were all not mutation effect.On the thirty days feeding study in rats: All observed-index of the rats fed CSBS were all not significant with the control′s.Conclusion:CSBS is belong to non-toxic.It has not mutation effect.No-observed-adverse-effect-level(NOAEL) of CSBS on rats is 5.0 g/kg·BW.
