【摘要】 研究目的:综合考虑经济、自然、社会等因素,研究京郊农民对住宅建设的意愿。研究方法:综合分析、文献资料法和问卷调查。研究结果:(1)农村居民点的土地利用效率低;(2)所有农民都希望增加住房面积;(3)不同收入阶层对现状满意程度不同;(4)不同收入家庭对住宅建设的意愿不同。研究结论:94.78%的农户居住于平房独院,土地利用率低,因此为城市发展提供建设用地成为可能。农民也有意愿改善其生活居住条件,但不同收入的家庭,其建设意愿不同。因此在北京城市化的过程中,要考虑农民的经济条件,切实保障农民权益,建设环境美好、和谐的宜居城市。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study is to analyze the housing construction wishes of farmers in Beijing suburban area by integrating economic,natural,and social factors.Methods employed include integrated analysis,documentation and questionnaire survey.The results show(:1)the land use efficiency of Beijing rural residential area is low(;2)all farmers wish to increase their living space(;3)degrees of satisfaction with current living conditions are different basing on their income levels(;4)housing construction wishes were different among families with different incomes.It is concluded that 94.78% of farmers live in bungalows with low land use efficiency,thus it’s possible to supply construction land for urban development.The farmers would like to improve their living conditions,but the housing construction wishes were different due to their annual incomes.Therefore,during the urbanization process in Beijing,the farmers’ economic conditions as well as their rights have to be taken into account to construct a beautiful,harmonious and livable city.更多还原
