【摘要】 目的研究AQP1与中国人肺腺癌细胞分化的关系。方法取临床手术的肺癌标本进行HE染色和SP法免疫组织化学染色。结果高分化腺癌细胞膜和细胞质表达AQP1;低分化腺癌细胞膜表达AQP1;未分化腺癌细胞不表达AQP1,只要形成微小的腺泡,癌细胞就表达AQP1。结论AQP1参与肺腺癌细胞的分化和腺泡的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of aquaporin1(AQP1) with cellular differentiation in chinese lung adenocarcinoma.Methods The HE and immunhistochemical methods were used on clinic specimen of lung carcinoma.Results The AQP1 was found on the cellular membrane and cytoplasm in the high differentiated lung adenocarcinoma and on the cellular membrane in the low differentiated lung adenocarcinoma,but not in the poorly differentiated lung adenocarcinoma.The AQP1 was expressed in the carcinoma cells as soon as the tiny gland alveolus formed.Conclusion AQP1 took part in the function of differentiation and gland alveolus on lung adenocarcinoma cells.更多还原
