【Abstract】 In order to analyze the prevalence and molecular characterization of integrons in resistant Escherichia coli isolates.The antibiotic susceptibility of 134 strains of Escherichia coli isolates was tested by K-B methods.The intI and Gene cassettes were examined by PCR.The results showed that 117(87.3%) strains were positive for integron.These results suggested that there is a good correlation between integron-carrying and the multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli isolates.更多还原
