用紫外分光光度法测定乙醇溶液中依沙吖啶的含量
Determine the Contend of Ethacridine in Ethanol Solution by UV Spectrophotometric Method
【摘要】 目的建立紫外分光光度法测定乙醇溶液中依沙吖啶含量的方法。方法以乙醇为溶剂,在370nm波长处测定溶液的吸光度,计算依沙吖啶的含量。结果在5μg/ml~15μg/ml的范围内吸光度与浓度之间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9985),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.16%(n=4)。结论该方法方便可靠,可以用于医院制剂的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish method for determining the content of ethacridine in ethanol solution by UV spectrophotometric method.Methods To determine the Abs of ethacridine in ethanol solution at 370nm;then calculate the content of ethacridine.Results There was good linear relationship between Abs and concentration of ethacridine(r=0.9985) ranging from 5μg/ml~15μg/ml,with a average recovery rate of 100.8% and RSD 1.16 percent(n=4).Conclusion This method is reliable enough for quality control of hospital preparation.
