【摘要】 目的评价甲地孕酮在食道癌患者放疗中,减轻消化道反应,改善患者生活质量的作用。方法对照组39例给予常规放疗,治疗组41例在对照组基础上给予甲地孕酮(160mg/d)观察两组消化道反应及生活质量情况。结果治疗组消化道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者生活质量改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。未见甲地孕酮所致的严重毒副作用。结论甲地孕酮对接受放疗的食管癌患者在减轻消化道反应和提高生活质量方面有明显作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of megestrol acetate(MA)in decreasing digestive tract reactin andimproving the quality of life in the patients with esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy.Methods Thirty-nine patients were performed with routine radiotherapy in the control group.MA(160 mg/d)was administered on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Digestive tract reaction and quality of life in patients of two groups were observed.Results Rate of digestive tract reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Quality of life was improved better in treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01),Severe toxic and adverse effects induced by MA didn’t occar.Conclusion MA has remarkable effects in decreasing digestive tract reaction and improving the quality of life in the patients with esophageal cancer treated with radiotherapy.更多还原
