【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊造孔术的手术方法及疗效。方法鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎共18例(21眼)。结果本组18例病例中痊愈15例(83.3%),好转2例(11.1%),无效1例(5.6%)。结论鼻内窥镜下经鼻腔行鼻腔泪囊造孔术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法,手术时间短,损伤小,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discusses in the nose the mirror downward nasal cavity saccus lacrimalis to make Kong Zhu the surgery method and the curative effect.Methods In the nose the mirror downward nasal cavity saccus lacrimalis makes Kong Zhu to treat the chronic dacryocystitis altogether 18 examples(21).Results In this group of 18 case convalesces 15 cases(83.3%),changes for the better 2 examples(11.1%),invalid 1 example(5.6%).Conclusion Under the nose endoscope makes Kong Zhu after the nasal cavity good nasal cavity saccus lacrimalis is the treatment chronic dacryocystitis’s’s efficacious device,the surgery time is short,the damage is small,the curative effect is satisfied.更多还原
