【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声观察干燥综合症患者泪腺、腮腺、颌下腺的临床价值。方法对11例确诊为干燥综合征及可疑干燥综合征的患者,利用高频超声观察其腮腺、颌下腺、泪腺的超声声像图特征并进行总结。结果7例确诊为干燥综合征患者的腺体均有不同程度的超声改变,2例可疑为干燥综合征患者的腺体亦有不同程度的超声表现。结论干燥综合征患者的腮腺、颌下腺、泪腺均有不同程度的超声改变,高频超声对于干燥综合征患者的辅助诊断有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To value the applied value of high frequency ultrasonic to observe the laerimal glands,parotid glands and submaxillary glands of Sicca syndrome. Methods 11 cases of Sicca syndrome and cases were clinically consumed to be Sicca syndrome received high frequency ultrasonic examination to observe the ultrasonograms of their laerimal glands,paratid glands and submaxillary glands. Results The ultrasonograms of laerimal glands,paratid glands and submaxillary glands of 7cases were clinically analysed to be Sicca syndrome and 2 cases were clinically consumed to Sicca syndrome were changed in vary degrees. Conclusions The ultrasonograms of laerimal glands,parotid glands and sumaxillary glands were changed in vary degrees,and the high frequency ultrasonic proved to have certain value in supplementary clinical diagnosis.更多还原
